Steel Fabrication for Tube End Forming Now Available from Manchester Tool and Die
Manchester Tool & Die, Inc. announces a new fabricating plant offering steel fabrication services. The plant is currently equipped with two brake presses with capacities of 3/8" x 6', 5/16" x 8' and 1/4" x 10' and a Miller 452 MIG Welder for custom and production welding. A Dynatorch Plasma Table and a large slip plate metal roll are also being added to the equipment line.
Manchester's new fabrication services provide shearing capacities of 10' long and 1/4" thick and the new plasma table will be able to cut materials up to 2" thick. The new slip plate roll will have a capacity of 3/8" x 6'. A smaller roll is currently in house for smaller fabrication jobs. Straight trucks and gooseneck trailer are available for pick-up and delivery needs.
Manchester Tool & Die also offers complete machine shop services and crimping, end forming and grooving machines.
